Returning Unused Items

Changed your mind or ordered by mistake? No problem!

What’s eligible: Items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

How it works:

  1. Reach out to us to start your return.

  2. Once approved, send the item to our return address (shipping is on you).

  3. When we receive it and confirm everything is in order, we’ll process a full refund back to your original payment method.

30-Night “Love Your Results” Guarantee

If you’ve tried our products and don’t see the results you hoped for, this guarantee is for you.

Eligibility: Valid for 30 days from when your order arrives.

How it works:

  • Step 1: Let’s Chat – Tell us about your experience. Sometimes a quick tip or a different approach is all it takes to get the results you want. Our team is happy to offer personalized advice.

  • Step 2: Choose Your Solution – If you’re still not satisfied, pick one of these:

    • Option A: Return the product for a full refund (you handle shipping).

    • Option B: Keep the product and receive a 50% refund—no return needed.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items

We do our best to make sure every order arrives perfectly, but sometimes things happen:

  • Damaged or Wrong Item: Let us know right away, and we’ll send a replacement within 48 hours—no cost to you.

  • Lost in Transit: If your package goes missing, contact us. Once confirmed, we’ll send a free replacement.

  • Exchanges: The easiest way is to return your original item and place a new order.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and final sale items can’t be returned. Used personal care items are only eligible under our 30-Night Guarantee.

  • EU Orders: Customers in the EU have the legal right to cancel or return items within 14 days. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Refund Timing: Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days. If it hasn’t appeared in your account after 15 business days, email us at hello@trysmiles.com.
